The Marketing Analyst role involves assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives for specific brands and product lines, including product launches, lifecycle oversight, brand development, data analysis, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in new product feasibility through cost analysis, data compilation for item setup, and product data maintenance for launch.
- Work with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to maintain brand uniformity in product lines, promotions, events, and communications like sell sheets, renders, and imagery.
- Help manage social media and digital marketing to connect with consumers and promote brand expansion.
- Serve as intermediary with agencies, vendors, influencers, and external partners.
- Assist in producing marketing materials, packaging, and sales tools with internal and external collaborators, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
- Perform category research, examine market trends and data to inform segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Deliver research findings to stakeholders.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative research, such as sampling, concept testing, and sensory evaluations.
- Participate in growth strategies and yearly planning.
- Handle additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience or 1 year of relevant internship.
- Preferred: Experience in social media, web, digital/SEO marketing.
- Preferred: Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or culinary settings.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Competent in data analysis, report creation, and presentation building.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management.
- Skilled communicator able to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.
- Solid grasp of consumer segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.
- Familiarity with market trends, consumer insights, and competition.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
