Oversee the complete affiliate marketing program for Blueprint, from establishing infrastructure and recruiting partners to optimizing performance for measurable revenue growth in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the full affiliate program, covering platform configuration, partner acquisition, commission design, tracking accuracy, and continuous improvements to meet CPA and revenue goals.
  • Lead publisher and media collaborations in editorial, review, comparison, and targeted health content areas, utilizing networks like AWIN and Impact for direct publisher management.
  • Source and engage partners with audiences matching Blueprint’s product focus and upholding high brand standards.
  • Handle Blueprint’s involvement in creator-commerce and social platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and Meta/Instagram Shop.
  • Identify, integrate, and develop top partners into reliable revenue sources via targeted outreach, onboarding processes, performance incentives, and tiered rewards.
  • Scale partner activation using promotional schedules, content guidance, and commission incentives that boost activity while protecting margins.
  • Design and administer commission and bonus systems, ensuring alignment with overall financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media on attribution strategies to accurately assess and verify affiliate-generated revenue.
  • Work with Organic Growth to emphasize efforts for enhanced LLM visibility.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the entire affiliate network.
  • Create clear, data-driven reports for internal teams and executives to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years in affiliate marketing within health, wellness, longevity, CPG, or e-commerce sectors, with direct responsibility for strategy, budget, and results.
  • Proven track record in launching and expanding affiliate initiatives from inception, encompassing platform integration, partner sourcing, commission setup, and optimization.
  • Expertise in platforms including Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, Meta/Instagram Shop, and similar systems at a technical level.
  • Advanced knowledge of attribution techniques like last-click, multi-touch, and incrementality analysis.
  • Background in partnering with performance media groups to integrate affiliate metrics into comprehensive tracking.
  • Skills in developing commission frameworks and financial projections, accountable for CPA and additional revenue impacts, with data-backed justification for investments and agile adjustments for underperformers.
  • Robust negotiation and contract handling for partnerships in publishing, creator-commerce, and social commerce.
  • Preferred: Prior experience scaling affiliate programs at DTC brands in supplements, health, or wellness.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of FTC guidelines for disclosures in health and wellness affiliate promotions.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in detecting fraud and monitoring invalid traffic.
  • Preferred: Practical use of Amazon Creator Connections within a DTC affiliate ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Influencer, and UGC teams.
