Key Responsibilities
- Manage, implement, and refine the partnerships marketing channel including affiliates, influencers, and B2B2C partners in all markets.
- Establish and expand this channel internationally starting from the UK.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow affiliate, partnership, and influencer efforts.
- Prepare and maintain partner resources such as decks and web pages.
- Launch and develop a B2B2C segment via employee rewards or similar large-scale collaborations.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance the subscription perks initiative and partner engagements.
- Monitor and evaluate channel performance to ensure ROI compliance and scalability.
- Source, negotiate, and integrate high-quality partners and influencers.
- Design an ambassador program in partnership with brand and product teams for efficient influencer onboarding.
- Work with regional marketing leads to adapt and grow the channel in markets like France.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and innovations to uncover expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Over five years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer management, ideally with mobile applications.
- Proactive individual excelling in target achievement and multitasking in dynamic settings.
