Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing targeted marketing plans for affiliates, introducing brokers, strategic allies, and related brands to enhance recruitment and loyalty.
  • Organize, oversee, and synchronize campaigns across digital, content, email, and social platforms to increase partner and client involvement.
  • Work with Partnerships and Marketing departments to synchronize promotional efforts with objectives in CFDs and Challenges.
  • Create and update promotional resources, sales tools, and assets to foster partner and brand development.
  • Track, evaluate, and improve campaign results using analytical data.
  • Verify content adherence to standards by partnering with Compliance, Product, and Sales groups for regulatory and brand alignment.
  • Arrange and facilitate partner-oriented events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and draw in new collaborators.
  • Oversee and conduct joint marketing projects with major partners.
  • Interact with interdisciplinary groups such as Product, Finance, Operations, and Risk to integrate promotions with product introductions, service expansions, and key priorities.
  • Keep abreast of sector developments, rival tactics, and new prospects in trading and finance to promote creative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in running and refining campaigns to increase partner recruitment and loyalty.
  • Advanced expertise in SEO, lead generation, and marketing technologies to boost conversions.
  • Competence in handling intricate processes, securing approvals, and meeting campaign deadlines.
  • Background in B2B and B2C promotions customized for affiliates, introducing brokers, and financial collaborators.
  • Analytical mindset for monitoring, assessing, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Firm grasp of international financial sectors, regulatory standards, and adaptation to local markets.
  • Involvement in aiding product introductions and promoting sustained user engagement.
  • Proficiency in coordinating marketing objectives with Compliance, Product, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Strong capacity for task prioritization and expanding promotional activities effectively.
  • Prior roles in Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading sectors are preferred.
  • Personal involvement or knowledge in FX, trading, or financial markets.
  • At least three years in a focused marketing position is beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is ideal.
