Relationship Manager at Creatr, Remote in United Kingdom

The Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison for Creatr UK’s traffic partners and affiliates, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, and performance improvements to drive revenue in the OnlyFans creator management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions with over 25 traffic partners including CPC/CPL providers, private deal collaborators, and platform sellers to foster trust and motivation.
• Serve as the main contact for all partner communications, implementing consistent check-ins, updates, and proactive support to prioritize Creatr UK.
• Oversee full onboarding of new partners from warm leads, including negotiations, setup of agreements, tracking, and initial traffic activation for optimal launch.
• Collaborate with data specialists to analyze partner performance and guide discussions aimed at enhancing results, increasing volumes, and reactivating inactive accounts.
• Negotiate improved terms while preserving strong relationships and work cross-functionally with lead generation and affiliate teams for integrated support.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for partner lifecycle management, along with CRM tracking for status, metrics, and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in partner, account, affiliate management, or business development roles, handling 15+ relationships concurrently.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing elements like CPC, CPL, revenue sharing, and traffic quality evaluation.
• Familiarity with affiliate programs, traffic collaborations, or media buying arrangements; adult content or creator economy experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken, for global interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with systematic approaches to multitasking; professional, detail-focused, and revenue-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, CreatrCash Affiliate Portal, OnlyFans API, Telegram, and Discord.
