A leading international iGaming company in Prague seeks a Partnership Marketing Manager to cultivate and expand B2C partnerships in Italy, emphasizing player acquisition, brand enhancement, and community development via affiliates, influencers, and media collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee B2C partnerships with affiliates, influencers, streamers, media outlets, and content creators in Italy
- Establish and refine partnership and affiliate initiatives aimed at player acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Design, execute, and manage collaborative B2C initiatives such as content integrations, exclusive promotions, tournaments, and co-branded efforts
- Track and evaluate partnership outcomes including traffic quality and volume, engagement metrics, retention rates, ROI, CPA, and KPI compliance
- Generate periodic performance summaries and recommend optimizations based on data insights
- Investigate industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential new collaboration avenues
- Partner with internal groups in marketing, product, design, and analytics to align and deliver high-quality campaigns
- Assess and rank traffic sources by cost-effectiveness and quality to promote sustainable expansion
Qualifications
- Skill in evaluating Italy-specific market conditions, collaborating across marketing, product, design, and analytics teams, and evaluating traffic sources for cost-quality balance to maximize ROI and attract premium audiences
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Deep knowledge of performance-driven marketing and B2C acquisition tactics
- Analytical approach to data interpretation and campaign improvement
