Key Responsibilities

  • Review campaign performance metrics and identify actionable trends and opportunities
  • Translate performance data into recommendations that improve creative and campaign decisions
  • Monitor competitor activity, ads, funnels, and market movements to discover growth angles
  • Coordinate team priorities, track progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure deliverables move forward
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized workflows for insights, tasks, and account updates

Qualifications

  • Naturally organized with strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics such as spend, CTR, CPL, and campaign KPIs
  • Curious and analytical; able to dig deeper and surface useful insights from data
  • Takes initiative and proactively seeks process improvements without waiting for direction
  • Clear communicator who coordinates effectively across creative and technical team members
  • Minimum 7 hours daily overlap with 9 AM–5 PM EST business hours
