As Campaign Executive at Spotlight Sports Group, you will oversee campaign management across the business, fostering alignment among marketing, commercial, and editorial teams. Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Manager, the role emphasizes supporting customer acquisition and betting conversions via diverse channels, while gaining hands-on experience in CRM, affiliates, social media, and video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders including editorial, design, content marketing, commercial, and product teams to execute seamless marketing activations
- Align campaigns with ongoing revenue objectives
- Develop and implement internal marketing campaigns with cross-departmental input
- Immerse in marketing departments (Campaigns, Affiliate Operations, CRM, Social & Video) to grasp their contributions to business goals
- Organize, timetable, and carry out detailed marketing strategies for major festivals like Cheltenham, Aintree, and Royal Ascot
- Assist Senior Campaigns Exec and Manager in planning, creating, coordinating, and launching primary campaigns for Racing Post
- Aid CRM team in producing consistent, high-quality communications through email and the Racing Post app
- Support Social Media Team in generating engaging content for audience expansion
- Contribute to video production by developing content and graphics, meeting various deadlines and optimizing key opportunities
- Ensure precise execution of Racing Post campaigns across primary media platforms
- Conduct routine quality assessments of customer journeys across Racing Post products
- Evaluate campaign outcomes to inform enhancements in revenue-focused channels
- Master tasks across areas to cover absences and build comprehensive marketing expertise
- Handle occasional weekend duties during significant events
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sports and sports betting
